For those of you who don't know who Glitch is:
Glitch is from the Sci-Fi channel mini series Tin Man. He has a zipper (yes, I said zipper) on his head. Tin Man is basically a spin-off of The Wizard of Oz; Glitch is the updated version of the scarecrow.
